As in all things, sweating while sleeping is a matter of personal preference. I personally like to sweat when I’m asleep and after the gym when my muscles are warm. The reason for this is that it makes me feel more awake and energized in the morning when I wake up, which is one of the reasons why we want to sweat during sleep!
What should I drink?
I recommend drinking water or herbal teas such as green tea every day. This will help you detox your body from any potential toxins you may have ingested into your system through food or other sources. You can also drink fruit juice if you don’t mind sugary drinks but make sure they’re 100% natural juice not high fructose corn syrup! As far as non-alcoholic beverages go though, make sure they are pure fruit juices only (no sugar added) because how else would you be able to get healthy electrolytes?! Also remember to rehydrate yourself with lots of pure water before/after training/exercising so that there’s no room left for dehydration caused by heavy sweating! Make sure whatever beverage(s) that you choose doesn’t contain caffeine or artificial sweeteners because these both dehydrate your body even more than plain water does!! Drinking enough Restorative Teas throughout the day will help draw moisture back into your cells better than just drinking plain water alone ever could so definitely give them a try!!
