Why Sweating At Night?

I’m a very light sleeper, and I sweat a lot. People always think it’s because of my high blood pressure, but the fact is that the only time I get sick is when I sleep with too much clothing on. It’s not an allergy or anything like that.

Also, there are other things besides heat stress to keep you from sleeping well – stress can be one of them (at least for me). And if you’re stressed out by something specific then your body will react in weird ways to try and relieve that stress – this could lead to other bad habits such as poor digestion etc… Sometimes it helps though just taking off layers of clothing at night so body temperature stays more constant throughout the night. But sometimes even these aren’t enough to combat all kinds of internal factors going on inside your body! Oh well…
