I sweat when I am not working out. I’ve been off work for 2 months due to stress, and before that was in the hospital. My skin is dry and itchy when I do exercise or run outside in the heat without a shirt on. If you are doing something that stresses you out, try to avoid it until your body has had time to heal from whatever happened…or make sure your diet consists of foods high in electrolytes (ie salt) so that if you do get stressed-out, you can rehydrate rather than lose fluids through sweating!
Does anyone know how much fluid should be taken after taking antibiotics?
