Soak your feet in cold water for about 15 minutes to help decrease the amount of body heat lost through them. You can also wear socks or mittens with holes cut out so that air can cool the foot, but be careful not to overheat yourself too much because lack of circulation could lead to frostbite. If this doesn’t work, try using a heating pad on low setting and place it under your feet before you sleep. Or if no warming option is available, then use an electric blanket (which will provide both warmth and relief from chills) under your legs at night instead.
5) What are some holiday traditions? I love Christmas!
Christmas is my favorite time of year; there’s something magical about the colors and lights everywhere during this season! This time around I’m particularly looking forward to visiting family near Detroit for our annual Christmas Eve celebration with cousins who live nearby—we always have such a good time together! Other popular events include Halloween (my favorite!) Thanksgiving, Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day celebrations, Easter Sunday brunching with loved ones at home…the list goes on!
