Why Am I Sweating On Keto Diet?

A: I love the ketogenic diet because it really works for me. I’m an advocate of eating real food, just like you’re doing when you follow the Paleo diet. When I was on the Keto weight loss plan, I lost 11 pounds in 6 weeks. The through-and-through process is amazing how all my health markers improved after just making these changes. My cholesterol, blood pressure, and insulin levels were completely normalized while losing post baby weight too!

This may be a silly question but what interacts with chlorophyll? Is there anything? What about Vitamin C? It’s so hard to get enough of that when you don’t eat animal products.
