It’s because you are so busy thinking about other things that your body starts to overheat. Try to focus on the things right in front of you, breathe deeply and relax your muscles.
2. I have a horrible headache…what could it be?
Headaches can happen for many reasons, including dehydration or stress. The simple solution is to drink more water! Dehydration causes headaches as well as tiredness, plus if left untreated it can lead to migraines too! Drinking enough water will help balance out your electrolyte levels which reduce the frequency of headaches! It may also take up to 24 hours for this effect to take place but make sure you keep drinking at least 2 litres per day until then…it really will help!
