answer: you are not. it’s a sweaty, peeing, nervous response to stress that all animals do in these situations. yes, even humans! if this is what you’re experiencing then the only way to get past it is by learning how your body reacts when stressed and/or expressing yourself creatively through art or music or writing or whatever creative outlet provides comfort for you. otherwise there are no quick fixes here; learn how to relax so that your mind can think clearly again before trying any pregnancy tests because they don’t work very well early on anyway (they must be at least 6-7 days old).
