A. Sweating is a major stress for the body and will eventually cause many health problems, such as high blood pressure and heart disease.
B. The best way to keep cool in hot weather is to “breathe” by opening your pores and letting perspiration run freely through them so that it evaporates quickly from your skin.
C. If you want to lose weight, you should sweat at least once or twice per day while doing moderate exercise on an empty stomach (this includes jogging). This will burn fat without affecting muscle mass.
D. Sweating can be used therapeutically by people who are suffering from conditions like arthritis, asthma, rheumatism, emphysema or bronchitis since sweating helps rid the body of toxins that have accumulated throughout life due to poor lifestyle choices along with exposure to polluted air/water/foods etc..etc..(This would include some of us!)
E .The average adult needs five hours sleep daily but only sleeps 4-5hrs!! They get up again about 6am every morning regardless if they were awake for 7 hrs last night! When we go back home though our natural inclination is actually towards having more time off rather than being productive with this extra hour! So what happens during these extra hours? We think too much about what happened yesterday instead of looking forward into tomorrow!!! Thus causing procrastination which leads to ‘stuckness’, anxiety
