Try not to wear flip-flops when going outdoors because they can easily irritate your feet and make them feel uncomfortable. Also, look at how much time you spend on your feet while working or doing chores around the house or yard. When standing for long periods of time, make sure you alternate between sitting down every so often and stretching your legs out from side to side periodically throughout the day.
