The best way to stop sweating is to take advantage of the fact that your body will tell you when it needs more water. When your body tells you to drink, listen! I recommend drinking something cold and refreshing like water or herbal tea at least half an hour before bedtime. You can even try taking a shower in the morning before heading out the door so that you’ll be well hydrated for the day ahead.
