The first thing to think about is your environment. If you live in a humid area, then that will make it more difficult for you to sweat. Also, if you are taking any medications (such as antihistamines such as chlorpheniramine and diphenhydramine), this can cause excessive sweating. Finally, there is the possibility of an underlying medical condition causing your face to sweat excessively – this would include conditions like vasculitis or sarcoidosis where inflammation causes excessive wetting of the skin and surrounding areas. These conditions should be treated by a doctor if they cause significant discomfort and/or restricted activity levels on one’s part.
