What Causes Excessive Sweating In The Morning?

Excessive sweating in the morning is most often caused by an adrenal problem. Adrenal problems are diagnosed with a simple blood test called an “Adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) Stimulation Test”. If you have excessive sweating in the morning, this test will tell us whether or not it is due to low cortisol production or high ACTH levels.
