What Causes Excessive Sweating??

So here are the causes of excessive sweating. (and this is not all at once).

1) Adrenal gland weakness, also known as adrenal fatigue. This is when the adrenals malfunction. The main function of the adrenal glands is to produce adrenaline (epinephrine), which supports our fight or flight reaction and acts as a stimulant for energy production in cells, including muscles and skin cells resulting in increased movement(exertion) by these cells. When we are under stress, it’s important that our body releases more adrenaline to give us extra strength and power during stressful situations – so that we can get out of danger quickly! If you have chronic stress then your body will never be able to maintain adequate levels of adrenaline release on its own because there won’t be enough time for it to have an effect before being overpowered by the stress response again! So if you’re stressed out most days of your life then this could be why you sweat excessively. You may become physically exhausted from over-working yourself trying to cope with constant stress which leads to even further problems if left untreated…so don’t ignore it!! Drink more water, eat healthy foods rich in B vitamins, exercise regularly etc…or see someone who understands about adrenal depletion/fatigue/depletion diseases like Addison’s Disease or Cushing’s Syndrome – preferably both types at once!!! There are some herbs available which help balance cortisol output correctly but first consult
