So here are the causes of excessive sweating. (and this is not all at once).
1) Adrenal gland weakness, also known as adrenal fatigue. This is when the adrenals malfunction. The main function of the adrenal glands is to produce adrenaline (epinephrine), which supports our fight or flight reaction and acts as a stimulant for energy production in cells, including muscles and skin cells resulting in increased movement(exertion) by these cells. When we are under stress, it’s important that our body releases more adrenaline to give us extra strength and power during stressful situations – so that we can get out of danger quickly!
