sweat is a sign that you are running low on body water due to dehydration. Drink more fluids, especially before, during and after exercise. Dehydration can be prevented by drinking at least 2-3 litres of water or sports drink per day depending on your weight loss goal. For this reason it’s important not to become dehydrated in the first place! This will help prevent excessive sweating as well as muscle cramping and possible heat stroke.
