Sweat is a great way to detoxify your body. When you sweat, the pores of skin and glands open up and allow toxins out. The more water you drink, the more likely it is that your sweat will carry those toxic substances away from your body as well as flush them out through urination. It also helps with weight loss because sweating causes you to lose calories by evaporating moisture from the skin (a process called dry heat).
Is there such thing as too much hydration? Is it okay for me to be drinking 80oz or so of water each day? Is this excessive? I’m not sure if I need to slow down my intake but how much do we really NEED??? How can I tell when my thirst mechanisms are telling me it’s time for another glass?!?!??! So confused! Any advice would be helpful thanks!!!
