Some people have a mild form of the condition called hyperhidrosis, which affects around 15 per cent of those who suffer from it. In this case, sweating is triggered by excessive fear or stress and can be relieved with anti-perspirant sprays.
I get spots all over my face when I sweat?
Only about one in every 10 people who suffer from hyperhydrosis develops acne (pimples), but an estimated 30 per cent will develop eczema (the rash) on their forehead and neck. This may be due to the fact that your body attempts to cool itself down through perspiration – so if you’re unable to control your sweat levels then you’re at risk for ‘heat rashes’.
