It is not possible for a person who suffers from high fever or lower respiratory diseases to sweat effectively due to which they are unable to reduce their body temperature as efficiently as others. On an average, 30-40% people can’t sweat properly due to some reasons that include diabetes, thyroid disorders etc. If your doctor suggests you use any kind of cooling agent for reducing your temperature then go ahead with it but remember that sweating will still be effective during this process so don’t worry too much about sweating problem because sweating itself is very effective way for cooling off.
