the answer is simple, but only if you know why they sweat in the first place. when your body is exposed to heat and moisture for prolonged periods of time it begins producing a substance called sebum (sud in french) which has many functions. besides keeping our skin moist and healthy, it also keeps our pores clear; preventing them from clogging up with dirt and dust particles that we come into contact with on a daily basis.
if these pores become blocked due to excessive sweating then there will be an increase in oil production by special glands located just underneath the surface of your skin, known as apocrine glands. this results in black heads or white heads that can leave unsightly “pimples” on the surface of your face!
