I have a very dry mouth at night and I can’t seem to get rid of it. Please help!
Hi there, you should be able to stop the excessive sweating by using a nasal spray or lozenge if it’s affecting your sleep. You should also try drinking more water during the day too because this will reduce your chances of getting dehydrated when you go to bed – just make sure that you’re not still becoming excessively thirsty in the hours leading up to going to sleep as well! If none of these options work for you then maybe ask someone else about their own experiences with excessive sweating while they are asleep? They might be able to give you some tips on how they managed it successfully. Good luck 🙂
