I have been reading about the importance of magnesium in the body. We are all deficient in this mineral. I take supplemental magnesium, but my armpits still sweat alot! Right now, it is very hot here where I live and I worry that there will be way too much sweating during workouts. The problem is that even if i don’t work out at all for a few days or not do anything strenuous, my underarm area sweats profusely just by wearing a t-shirt to bed or sitting around with no bra on (which he/she doesn’t like because they get cold).
How can one stop such excessive sweating? Is there any pain involved as well as some sort of side effects from stopping?
