I am 34 years old and I sweat profusely in hot weather. It is particularly bad when I work out at the gym (which is why I’m asking here). The condition started after a bout of flu last year, but was not really an issue until about 3 months ago.
I know this sounds crazy, but it’s like there are two separate parts to my body: One part sweats intensely when exposed to high temperatures (especially during exercise) and the other part doesn’t seem affected…at all! It seems like no matter what temperature or humidity level I’m exposed to, it feels cold/hot inside me even though my skin is sweating profusely.
Now that you’ve got my attention…what can be done? How do you stop sweating so much in hot weather?
