If you sweat too much, there are a few things you can do to prevent it from happening again. The first thing is to make sure that your drinking water doesn’t taste bad or smell terrible. If this is a problem for you, consider buying a Brita water filter pitcher and installing one in every room of the house. Next, stay hydrated by drinking at least two gallons of water each day, try not to drink soda pop with caffeine in it either if possible because they will dehydrate you even more. Also avoid alcohol as much as possible since it will only further dehydrate out body over time and cause that awful “body odor”! Lastly have fun outside during the warmer months so when winter comes around again hopefully these tips help keep any sweating going on down there under control once again!
