Palm sweating can be prevented by keeping the body of the palm moist. Wearing dress gloves or mittens may help prevent sweat that builds up on your hands. You can also apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly to your palms before you work on projects with paper, cloth, and other materials that require prolonged contact with your skin. It is important not to wear tight gloves but rather ones that are loose fitting so they do not restrict blood flow in your hands and decrease perspiration rates on your palms.
Sometimes I get acid reflux after eating fatty foods
The most common cause for this condition is overeating fatty foods such as sweet potato pie or fried chicken without having enough fiber in the diet to slow down digestion of fat into acids (phosphates). Foods high in citric acid include applesauce, orange juice concentrate, apricots, lemonade drinks made from concentrate, grapefruit juice and olives; these should be taken along with plenty of water so they don’t affect blood pH levels too much when eaten. A good rule-of-thumb is 2 tablespoons (30 g) per day of unprocessed bran cereal along with 1 cup (240 ml) fruit juices which contain moderate amounts of vitamins C and P. Another option would be an apple a day!
