I was wondering if you had any tips or tricks on how to prevent hair from sweating while working out? I have natural hair with a slight wave and it is pretty long, but my hair is very thick too. When I sweat, the moisture rolls down into my scalp and makes it feel really oily. I use a leave-in conditioner as well as an oil treatment every other day, so those are probably helping to keep the moisture locked in there. But lately, when i workout its been extremely unbearable!
