Even if you wear pants, they sweat down your legs and make you feel uncomfortable. It’s hard to explain the discomfort of sticky armpits in words. But I can tell you what really helps:
1) Keep deodorant close by at all times (in a pocket or on a key chain).
2) Don’t sleep without it! Or put something that will absorb moisture underneath your pajamas!
3) Take off your shirt before bed. If you do this, then when it gets sweaty during the night, there is no problem with sweat marks on the sheets because the deodorant has already absorbed some of it away from your skin. If not, just toss them anyway – nobody wants to look at old bedding anyway! ; ) 4) Wear light-colored undershirts while sleeping so that any sweat dripping out onto them doesn’t stain them either 5) Get yourself a pair of men’s socks which have elastic around the top part for comfort 6 ) There are other natural remedies such as avoiding caffeine and other stimulants but these help only temporarily.
