Answer: Sweating is caused by the nerves that send signals to sweat off the skin. Those pins and needles sensations are your body trying to tell you something. If it really feels like your sweating more than usual, but not for any good reason (you don’t have a fever or flu), I would go see my doctor first before treating yourself with creams.
