I am a 28 year old female and have always been overweight because of anxiety. I have never been able to do anything with my body besides eat, work out at the gym from time to time but all in all I feel as tho this is how God wanted me to be. My problem now is that i sweat excessively when i wasnt stressed out or anxious before even though exercise has become so un-strenuous for me. Also if im not eating enough calories then i start sweating more than normal and will wake up feeling like a hot mess and not realize why until later on once its started again. What can i do? Please help!!!
