If you are one of those people, then you might want to check out some tips on how to avoid excessive sweating during summer. You will find lots of them on the Internet, but here is my version:
#1 – Drink water every day! Water keeps your body hydrated and helps prevent dehydration which can cause excessive sweating. Your sweat glands need water in order to work properly and if they don’t get enough water through your diet or from other sources, then they will start producing excess amount of sweat because their functions have been compromised. In addition drinking water also helps keep stools open which is important since constipation can make you feel bad about yourself too (see #4 below). So drink at least 8 glasses per day – 4-6 Liters daily maximum – depending on your needs/taste preferences… The best way is to use a bottle with a pre-installed mouthpiece that doesn’t require any effort from you when drinking as well as keeping the bottle close to your mouth at all times while doing anything else except sleeping/eating etc….
The BEST bottles for these purposes are SAVEUR CUP AND MUGS!!! They’re made from BPA free plastic so there’s no worry about damaging health issues related to
