Sweating is a way of removing toxins and other substances from the body. The filth that we expel through sweat contains some harmful components; these are removed by sweating. It can be used to help with detoxification and cleansing, as well as preventing future illnesses. For example, when you’re exercising your body uses up too many calories (energy) which can lead to weight gain if you don’t make an effort to burn them off again after exercise is over or they aren’t used for energy in another way such as muscle building activity, so it is important to expel this extra energy via sweat during exercise.
