Excessive sweating when hot is a common problem that affects many people. Excessive sweating under the arms (axillae) can cause one to feel uncomfortable and self-conscious, particularly during exercise or in warm climates. Sweating under the breasts (median axilla) may result from certain disorders such as hyperhidrosis or fibromatosis. Excessive sweat on some parts of your body like palms, soles of feet, armpits etc can be due to either excessive heat production or just normal skin perspiration.
What are some causes?
There are several conditions that lead to excessive sweating under the arms/breasts including: Polycythemia – excess blood flow to these areas resulting in increased temperature and increased sweat production
